I left for a while because i got very very side tracked and my eating disorder went int he complete opposite direction. Lets just say my ED phycoligist and my nutritionist are VERY happy.... I started waking up each day sneaking food into my room and binging. I am ready to stop and it has been driving me mad. I am ready to be weightless and invisable.
I had a physical today and here are my stats:

Height - 4'10
Weight- 93

I have gained so much, my bmi is gross.
My new diet started today and isnt going to end until i cant stand up anymore. Eat as little as possible but more then nothing so my metabolism gets a kick and work out.

Day one-
Workout--- no workout because ive been eating for liek 2 months (binging) so now that im in starvation mode again my head is poundingg!!!

Food intake-
1 yellow apple
6 pineapple peices (the diced squares)

Ok, so monday morning they weighed us so we could take the APFT (army physical fitness test) on tuesday. Well, I weighed in at 143... the limit for my height and age is 133. 10 fucking pounds over. So I had to wait in a seperate line for fat people and get taped, which is when they measure your neck, forearm, wrist, and hips and plug it into an equation to see if you fall into the acceptable range of body fat even if you are overweight. I came in at 29.6% and I'm allowed up to 32%. So I didn't get flagged, but I still felt horrible. I cried as soon as I got back to the barracks and threw away the breakfast they'd given me since I didn't have time for chow. Then on tuesday I did 37 push-ups (I needed 19 to pass), maxed out my run time at 15:16 for the two mile, and did 43 situps (sigh, I needed 53 to pass.) I was so angry at myself. So now I have to retake the test in two weeks, but they're not going to penalize us since it was just a diagnostic test. So today I've had cappucino (200), 1 jelly ring candy thing (20), 6 goldfish pretzels (30), and hot chocolate (150). I'm at 500 c right now and all I'm gonna have for dinner (if they make us go) is a naked salad. I have a pear in my room if I get to thinking I need to eat the junk food that's there. Hopefully, I can go to the gym after we're released and run for a few miles, then come back and work on my situps and jump rope in my room.

If anyone has any good workout DVDs to suggest that would be great. I have a pilates one and the Tae Bo boot camp (which is just funny having just come from boot camp a few months ago). If anyone could suggest a good yoga dvd too that would be awesome. Also, low cal protein options... I eat at a cafetria style place, so I don't really know how to get meat, etc that isn't fried to death or greasy as hell. Most of the time I just eat soup and salad and fruit.

Ok, I need to lose as much weight as possible in the next 60 days. How much do you ladies think is a reasonable expectation? My boyfriend is coming home from Korea (we're both in the army) and he'll be stationed on the same base as me. I gained weight in basic training and want to look better before he sees me naked again. I can't totally fast... at home, I have to eat at least one meal or my parents will be worried, plus, it's Christmas. Back at base, I usually eat an apple for breakfast and lunch, and a small salad and soup for dinner. My roommates will get suspicious if I don't eat something since they know I'm trying to lose weight. We workout every morning 5 days a week and sometimes we go to the gym in the afternoons. Any advice on exercises I can do in my room or other ways to lose weight quickly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Happy Holidays!

Hey ladies. This is a survey for part of my summative(10%) assignment for Anthropology/Psychology class...

My theory is that Eating Disorder treatment center's (either in or outpatient) do not actually work. The mind is still , for most people, returning to their Eating Disorder rituals & outlook.
